Cell Phones Stolen Mid-Conversation by Youths at Grossmont Center

Two suspects were booked into Juvenile Hall.

Two victims had their cell phones stolen by two juvenile suspects, while they were talking on them, Friday evening at Grossmont Center, according to the La Mesa Police Department weekly newsletter.

Police officers responded to the report of stolen cell phones at about 5:30 p.m. Friday, searched the area, arrested two juvenile suspects and booked them into juvenile hall.
