Suspect in Spring Valley Fatal Hit-And-Run Arrested by San Diego Police
Jason Michael Palmer, 33, of Spring Valley, was arrested in connection with the fatal crash, according to broadcast reports.
Several local media outlets are reporting an arrest has been made in connection with the hit-and-run death of a Spring Valley man early Sunday morning.

CBS8 reports San Diego Police spotted a vehicle in the Serra Mesa neighborhood of San Diego that is believed to have used in the crime, and took a man into custody. The suspect's vehicle is a dark blue Toyota 4Runner, according to the CBS8 report, which shows images of the SUV with significant front-end damage.
The 20-year-old man killed man was walking on a sidewalk on the north side of
Campo Road west of North Granada Avenue shortly before 4 a.m. when he was hit by a vehicle, which then sped away, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.
