Celebrate the third annual Family Festival at Casa de Oro Branch Library. The event will include crafts, games, refreshments and more.
Performances will made by the Monte Vista High School choir and the San Diego Guild of Puppetry.
Family Festival will be from Noon to 3 p.m. at the Casa de Oro Branch Library.
