I have lived in La Mesa since 2009 and love it here. I'm a regular at Lake Murray where you're likely to see me and my husband kayaking in our 2 person inflatatable kayak, or jogging or biking around the lake or on the Trikke. The Trikke is basically two razor scooters welded together and you skate on it... if you see it you'll know what I mean. 

We like the local dance scene in San Diego. I'm the owner of KE Consulting (biological monitoring, environmental assessments and wetland delineations) and my husband, Paul Juba, is a nutrition consultant and the owner of BiologicalAge.com.
