Led by president and CEO Mary England, the chamber is active in Oktoberfest, the Friday farmers markets, the Miss La Mesa Fashion Show and other city traditions.</p> <p>The chamber hosts quarterly breakfasts, puts on candidate forums and does ribbon-cuttings.
