There are enough dumb a_ _ drivers out there already without giving them more stupid things to do. Thanks to Chief Aceves for pursuing a solution. There are plenty of parks and sidewalk areas for "artists" to pracitce/display their abilites without providing more distractions to drivers. With freedom comes responsibilites! I'm going to go take my meds now. :-)
