Sunset Summer Concert and Comedy Hypnotist Show Deliver Weekend Fun

When it comes to weekend, it's all about having fun.

SUNSET SUMMER CONCERT SERIES

• What's Up: Every Friday evening in August catch live music. The concert will feature the Beatles tribute band, Silver Beatles. 
• When: 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9. 
• Where: Macy's Courtyard at Grossmont Center, 5500 Grossmont Center Dr., La Mesa.
• Price: Free. 

• What's Up: Laugh out loud in Santee! Comedian and hypnotist Chuck Milligan will take the stage. The show is recommend for 16 and older.
• When: Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10. 
• Where: Off Broadway Live, 9490 Cuyamaca St., Santee.
• Price: $12.

• What's Up: Sharp Healthcare will offer free 15 minute health screenings which include cholesteral, blood sugar, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and tobacco use. 
• When: 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10.

• What's Up: Planing a wedding? Bridal Open House will feature wedding vendors including photographers, caterers florists, jewelers and more.

• What's Up: Native American Flute Players will perform native music in a flute circle.
