BAYOU BROTHERS PLAYS SUNSET CONCERT
- What's Up: Every Friday evening in August catch live music at the Macy's Courtyard. This week will feature the Bayou Brothers.

- What's Up: The film Rise of the Guardians will be shown on a big screen for kids and families to enjoy.

- Where: Santee Lakes, 9310 Fanita Pkwy., Santee.
- Price: Free. Parking $8.
- What's Up: heART of Mt. Helix will feature music, food, auctions, dancing, art and more. Proceeds will benefit the preservation and enhancement of Mt. Helix Park.
- When: 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17.
- Where: Mt. Helix Park, 4905 Mt Helix Dr., La Mesa.
- Price: $60-$125.
- What's Up: The MTRP Foundation Concert Series will host the Caprice Strings Trio and dance artist Veronica Martinelli.
- When: 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18.
- Where: Mission Trails Regional Park, 1 Father Junipero Serra Trail, San Diego.
- Price: Free.
- What's Up: Learn all about the birds that live at Santee Lakes. The Palomar Audubon Society will host an educational bird walk.
