Quotable I: Helix coach Linda Brown on her team's performance: "We could have played better, but actually we played okay. Our passing was exceptional. The most important thing now is to not get big heads right now. Our goal is to get better and take the league, and we can always improve."

Quotable II: "Marlon [Chavarin] did really well passing today," said Mildenhall. "It's something we need to do every day because we can pretty much do everything well. Usually, when we get a good pass, we score. But one way we can improve is serving, for sure. We miss a lot of serves."
