This free walking group meets every Tuesday. Each session begins with stretching and toning, and a discussion of local history takes place while walking around La Mesa.
Join the group the first Tuesday of the month at Kuhlken Baseball Field, or by calling 667-1333. Each week the group meets at a new site, which will be sent to you by e-mail once you join.
