Power Walk class

Power Walk classes are brisk aerobic workouts...all our walking is done indoors! If you can walk, you can do this workout!! Each class can be modified if you are a beginner. Power Walk classes are fun & keep you motivated to continue exercising. There are so many benefits to walking: weight loss, increased energy, stress reduction, reduced body fat, improved mood.... Who couldn't use any of these benefits?! Your first class is FREE! Come join us & see what indoor walking is all about. Make sure to bring water & wear comfortable shoes (ie cross trainers or walking shoes). And most importantly, bring your enthusiasm! :)
