Intergenerational Games

The young and old unite for some physical and mental challenges.

Active older adults will be paired with local students in grades 4-6 for a circuit of physical mental activities, games and challenges.

Focus is on non-competitive, fun activities that encourage lifelong health and fitness.

Active adults age 55 and older and La Mesa/Spring Valley students in grades 4-6 are encouraged to sign up, as registration is required.
