- David Leisure, class of 1968
The actor is best known for his role as cruise ship captain/lothario Charley Dietz on the early 1990s TV show Empty Nest, as well as his long stint as Isuzu’s commercial spokesman Joe Isuzu.
- Gregory R. Bryant, class of 1968
As rear admiral of the United States Navy, RDML Bryant earned several recognitions and awards, including the Legion of Merit and the Meritorious Service Medal.

- Ellen Ochoa, class of 1975
Ochoa’s first mission with NASA, a nine-day jaunt aboard the shuttle Discovery in 1993, marked the first time a Hispanic woman went into space.

Electronica musician LaValle is a member of the band The Album Leaf, which has produced five albums and whose music has been featured in several commercials, TV shows and movies.
