Vaya Con Dios, Matadors: School Says Adios to Hundreds of Graduates
About 320 Mount Miguel students graduate Thursday in high school's 55th commencement.
graduates raised their arms and cheered in celebration as they received their diplomas Thursday evening on the Matador football field.
Parents and friends who filled the stands enthusiatically shouted and whistled as graduates' names were read.
Sixty-four of the 320 senior graduating were honor students dressed in red gowns. Janelle Duenas, who received 12 awards and honors, was the valedictorian, and Ruben Puentes, with six awards, was the salutatorian.

Graduate Cameron Martin also received 12 awards including several JROTC honors.
