The Helix Charter High School Band leads all finalists in an online poll to decide which high school band will receive a $1,000 check and perform at the Prep Pigskin Report's annual celebration of exceptional San Diego student athletes.
Helix leads with 474 votes and is trailed by San Pasqual High School Golden Eagle Band, who has 451 votes.
Voting ends at midnight Nov. 7. Click here to vote.
The annual Silver Pigskin Gala will be held Dec. 10 at the San Diego Hall of Champions in Balboa Park to honor top high school football players.
