The Home Buyer Workshop provides:
• Budgeting and credit use
• Obtaining a mortgage
• Shopping for a home
• Appraisal and inspection process
• Mortgage closing and life as a homeowner.
• Completion of this course may qualify the consumer for federal, state, or local government or private mortgage program benefits
• Certificate of Completion provided
