Book Publishing 1-2-3: From the Writer's Fingers to the Reader's Hands

Sprinkled with stories and tips (for example, how to find a literary agent), this workshop-lecture is designed to inspire and empower writers.

We'll peek at the book business (including traditional vs. electronic and self-publishing) and check out genres such as memiors and children's literature. We'll also discuss some quick tips to help writers become published authors ... and sell their work.

Other highlights: writing exercises, "Editor's Tips on Craft," and the Q&A session.
