Meet the Author Event
Meet local author Roger Conlee next week at the introduction of his new historical novel, "Fog and Darkness," at a great little restaurant.
I'll be discussing and signing my new historical novel, "Fog and Darkness," next Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Ranas Mexico City Cuisine, 9863 Campo Road, in Casa de Oro. This is an informal "meet the author" event where you can chat with me, have a complimentary glass of Sangria if you like, and hear more about this World War II novel.
In part, "Fog and Darkness" is a tribute to the 1st Marine Division and the 101st Airborne. It takes two protagonists through the last year of the war and features the liberation of Paris, the Battle of the Bulge, and the hellish battles in the Pacific on Peleliu and Okinawa.
