Ready to go shopping in Italy in 2013? La Mesa travel agency offering ladies-only trip in March

Ready to go shopping in Italy? Phyllis Dorfman, owner of Rainbow Travel & Cruise in La Mesa, has announced that Bologna in Italy will be the destination for her 25th annual ladies-only, overseas vacation starting March 11, 2013. She calls the ladies-only vacation adventures “Phyllis Trips.”

Dorfman said 40 women already have signed-up to go. She expects about 60 women will join her for shopping, dining, sightseeing and cooking lessons to one of Italy’s oldest cities, built mostly with ancient red bricks. The city is known for Renaissance architecture, medieval towers and markets, art, antiques, gorgeous scenery and shopping.

Cost of the eight-days, seven-nights trip is $2,499 per person, which includes airfare, transfers, taxes and breakfasts. Optional day trips to other Italian cities are available, as well as a bus trip to Croatia. For detailed information, phone (619) 464-5345, or visit www.phyllistrips.com.

Since founding Rainbow Travel in 1978, Dorfman has traveled to more than 100 different countries and sailed on more than 100 cruise ships. Over the years, attendees on “Phyllis Trips” have included groups of girlfriends and relatives. Previous destinations have included Lyon in France, Shanghai, Milan, Prague, Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Rome, Paris, Athens, Madrid, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Brussels, Singapore and Buenos Aires. Rainbow Travel & Cruise is located in the heart of the La Mesa Village at 8285 La Mesa Blvd.

It was the first of its kind to supply full daily news broadcasts. The company's 24-hour coverageRead More became an immediate success and helped to launch their company from a mainly US-based platform to a world-wide sensation. It was also the first company in the US to firmly provide news coverage.Being one of the most popular sources for news in all of US history. has now gone online, and is one of the top news sites on the internet, available to subscribers world wide instantly through a web browser. While most of these organizations still report quality news, the internet has spawned a number of sites that comment more than report current news. Other sites have emerged to consolidate the top news. People should do some research before relying too much on a single service.

I heard that the landlord is using that property as a loss and does not care about renters. LooksRead More to me like it could be true. I also heard that a group from Mt Helix is trying to clean up Casa De Oro. Does anyone know for sure?
