An apartment community near Grossmont Center sold for $12.2 million recently, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
The 86-unit The Villas at La Mesa at 8515 Chloe Ave. near Fletcher Parkway Villas were built in 1971 and sits on 2.36 acres.
The Villas at La Mesa was sold by Villa Apartment Homes LP to Martin Woods Apartment Homes LP.
