16 Presioca Apartments Sold for $1.6 Million in Spring Valley

The sale was for roughly the same sum spent on the building a decade ago, when it last sold.

Partners in Washington state have bought a 16-unit apartment building in Spring Valley for $1,625,000, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.

Jorge Luis Fernando Gomez Fragoso and Karthik Sankaranarayanan bought the building at at 1605 Presioca St. from Peter and Rosemarie Balistreri.

The building is 27 years old and has all two-bedroom units.

The property sold slightly less than the $1.66 million it last went for a decade ago, according to the report.
