Ruth! I want to know what YOU will change this time around (if elected) regarding the trash issue on west University Avenue. Several bus stops have copious amounts of debris and trash and no trash can in sight. I have voted for you in the past, but I need to know where you stand on this issue! Our city has become a crime-ridden trash dump and the citizens are tired of it!!!
