Late Tuesday night, Mayor Art Madrid sent email to fellow members of the PBID Formation Committee in which he referred to Galleria owner Cynthia Stein as the “furniture lady” and criticized her comments at the day's City Council meeting as “a crock.” Should the mayor be held accountable for his email?
