The La Mesa-Foothills Democratic's general meeting's topic will be "Assessing the San Diego Political Scene."
Scott Lewis, CEO of Voice of San Diego, will speak about the San Diego County and its cities in need of reform.
The program will also feature Francine Busby, candidate for Chair of the San Diego County Democratic Party. The Chair’s seat currently is held by Jess Durfee, who retires from the post this year. She will kick off the candidates' portion of the meeting, which will feature some of the local Democratic office seekers.

A social time will be held at 6:30 p.m. with the meeting beginning at 7 p.m.
