Woman, 41, Arrested on Murder Warrant at Alvarado Parkway Institute

Arrests:
—Murder, 41-year-old female, 7000 block of Parkway Drive. (Deputy District Attorney Kirsten Spieler said Thursday that mentally ill woman had possiblly broken conditions of probation in an earlier case for which she was imprisoned. This arrest didn't involve a recent homicide.)
—Possession of a controlled substance, 51-year-old female, 7300 block of Lake Murray Boulevard and Baltimore Drive.
—Domestic battery, 26-year-old male, 4400 block of Rosebud Lane
Incidents:
—Residential burglary, 5300 block of Baltimore Drive, 2:02 a.m.
—Identity theft, 5500 block of Grossmont Center Drive, 11:36 a.m.
—Residential burglary, 5600 block of Urban Drive, 1:29 p.m.
—Vehicle theft, 8700 block of Murray Drive, 3:00 p.m.
