A construction vehicle towing a trailer with a wood chipper on it overturned on State Route 94 Thursday, blocking two lanes of traffic for more than an hour, authorities said.
The crash on westbound state Route 94, just east of Massachusetts Avenue, occurred about 7:45 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. Two lanes were blocked until around 9 a.m., the agency said.
