Rebecca Faye Alford, 41, was arrested on a drug crime warrant on Sunday.

On Sunday, police arrested a 41-year-old woman who was reported missing nearly three weeks ago.  Rebecca Faye Alford was arrested on a drug crime warrant that was issued after her disappearance, sheriff’s officials said.
