—Drunk in public, 23-year-old male, 4200 block of Spring Street.
—Possession of a controlled substance, 21-year-old male, 5500 block of Grossmont Center Drive.
Incidents:
—Domestic violence, 4200 block of Palm Avenue, 1:16 a.m.
—Vehicle burglary, 3800 block of Murray Hill Road, 6:18 a.m.
