Update: Bieber Accuser is Labeled a Would-Be Hooker With Adult Ad

Mariah Yeater faces lawsuit from teen idol's lawyers after Bieber submits DNA sample, reports say.

Updated at 1:08 p.m. Monday

Mariah Yeater—the East County woman who says her 4-month-old son born in La Mesa was fathered by teen idol Justin Bieber—may have been a call girl, according to websites citing an ad posted on adultsearch.com.

“Hot Young Girl ready to make your dreams come true,” says the ad that includes photos of a woman named Laci with a given age of 20, and noting: “White, Available in San Diego (SD & Vegas). Outcall ONLY.”

The ad had a time stamp of Jan. 20, 2011, and said:

“HI GUYS MY NAME IS LACI AND I AM BRAND NEW TO THIS!! WHO WANTS TO HELP A HOT GIRL WITH SOME BILLS?? I'M 20 AND HOT AND CURVY. I WON'T BE AROUND LONG SO DON'T WAIT. CALL ME NOW!!!! 619-302-7423.”

The phone number, when called Sunday night, was “not a working number,” according to its recorded message.

Yeater is 20, and attended school in Las Vegas, according to news reports. Her son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, was born July 6 at Sharp Grossmont Hospital east of Grossmont Center, a birth certificate confirmed.

The British tabloid the Daily Star reported Friday that Yeater had a MySpace page that gives her name as Mariah Laci.

The adult ad site is operated by ADT Search Media of Las Vegas.

Monday morning, a representative of ADT confirmed that the time stamps of ads can not be altered after posting—so nobody could have posted the ad after Yeater gained notoriety.

“The [customer] has not contacted us to have the post removed,” said the representative via email. “All ads are paid for.”

In a paternity suit filed Oct. 30, Yeater says Bieber, then 16, impregnated her in a bathroom at Staples Center in Los Angeles after an October 2010 concert.

Meanwhile, other developments in the case emerged this weekend:

  • Yeater was quoted Sunday by British newspapers, including the Daily Mail, as saying: “Look, just look at [the baby’s] mouth. Look familiar? I pray that Justin sees these photos, looks at Tristyn and knows in his heart that this is his child and our child. It's going to be a nightmare for all of us if he keeps denying it. I just want what is right for our son. I feel terribly hurt that we have been abandoned and none of my calls to Justin were returned.”
  • TMZ reported that Bieber will satisfy Yeater’s paternity suit request and give a sample of his DNA. But the celebrity website said: “His high-profile posse of lawyers is also planning to file a huge lawsuit against Yeater, once Bieber has returned from the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast.”
  • Some 16 photos purported to be of Yeater and her son were posted.

TMZ, quoting a “close Bieber buddy,” said the 17-year-old performer and his attorneys don’t “expect to get a dime out of Yeater,” but want to “send a message to people who might think about trying to pull a stunt like this on a famous celebrity in the future.”
