Four Arrested in Suspected Burglary of Little League Snack Stand

Property belonging to the Little League was found in one suspect's residence in the 4600 block of Judson Way.

A man, two women and a teenage girl were arrested early Friday on suspicion of burglarizing a Little League snack stand at in La Mesa, police said.

A 911 caller reported seeing several people vandalizing the stand at 6600 Vigo Drive just before midnight, according to La Mesa police. Officers arrived and found the people had already fled, police said in a statement.

While searching the surrounding area, officers found evidence around and in a parked vehicle in the 4600 block of Judson Way. They then checked the residence near where the vehicle was parked and found the car's owner, along with property belonging to the Rolando Park Little League in a bedroom.

One man was booked into San Diego County Jail; two women were booked into the Las Colinas Women's Jail; and a teenage girl was booked into Juvenile Hall. Police said all four were arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Their names and ages were not immediately released.
