Fight on Party Bus Leaves One Man With Stab Wounds

Several men are being sought by police following a fight that broke out on a party bus Saturday night.

One man was recuperating from a stab wound Sunday and several other men were being sought by police following a fight that broke out on a party bus Saturday night.

San Diego Police officer David Stafford said the incident occurred at 8:25 p.m. in the 5300 block of Adobe Falls Road.

"Several males in their 20s became belligerent on a party bus and began punching the male bus driver, who told them to get off the bus," Stafford said.

Stafford said another group of males in the same age group intervened.

"One of the males in the fight was stabbed in the arm twice with an unknown object," Stafford said.

The stabbing victim, who was not identified, was transported to a trauma center for treatment.

Stafford said the bus driver sustained a bloody lip and bruises to his face. The incident was being further investigated by the Eastern Division of the San Diego Police Department.
