Crime Report: Two Booked For Numerous Felonies Following Gas Station Robbery

The following information was provided by the San Diego Sheriff's Department. The suspects have not been convicted of a crime.

Thursday, Dec. 15

A 34-year-old man was cited and released at a traffic stop for an illegal speed contest. He was stopped on the westbound state Route 94 off-ramp at Kenwood Drive.

Friday, Dec. 16

A 23-year-old woman was cited and released for misdemeanor shoplifting at RiteAid on Sweetwater Road.

Timothy Daley, 45, was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon in the 1000 block of Woodhaven Drive. A 30-year-old man reported a minor injury.

A vehicle burglary was reported in the 2400 block of Barcelona Street. Items valued at $1,910 were reported stolen.

A 21-year-old man was cited and released for suspicion of selling alcohol to a minor.

Saturday, Dec. 17

A 40-year-old woman was cited and released for selling counterfeit Coach items in the 6300 block of Quarry Road.

A car valued at $1,500 was reported stolen in the 8600 block of Noeline Avenue. It was later recovered in another jurisdiction.

Sunday, Dec. 18

An armed robbery was reported in the 400 block of Ruxton Avenue. A wallet valued at $350 was reported stolen.

Steven Seda, 40, and James Silbernagel, 44, were arrested on state Route 54 at state Route 125 just after 3 a.m. after a commercial burglary was reported at a gas station in the 11900 block of Campo Road. They were booked on suspicion of burglary, evading a peace officer/wrong-way driver, possession of a stolen vehicle and violating parole, all felonies. A stolen pickup was recovered.

A residential burglary was reported in the 2100 block of Central Avenue. Undefined property valued at $35,000 was reported stolen.

A car valued at $1,500 was reported stolen in the 8600 block of Noeline Avenue. It was later recovered in another jurisdiction.

Monday, Dec. 19

Two rifles, one a shotgun, were found in the 9700 block of Campo Road.

A residential burglary was reported in the 9000 block of Valencia Street. Items valued at $3,830 were reported stolen.

A 23-year-old woman and 29-year-old man were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia on Sweetwater Road at Blossom Lane.

A residential burglary was reported around 3:30 a.m. on Pinto Place. Just after 5 p.m. three juveniles were arrested for suspicion of felony burglary. A piece of jewelry valued at $50 was recovered.

A stolen car was recovered in the 9100 block of Kenwood Drive.

The theft of $997 in money orders was reported from a building in the 8700 block of Jamacha Road.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

 Joshua Lawliss, 20, was arrested for suspicion of receiving known stolen property in the 1100 block of San Bernardino Avenue.

A license plate was reported stolen in the 500 block of Paraiso Avenue.

Tools valued at $1,700 were reported stolen from a construction business in the 10500 block of Jamacha Boulevard.

A car valued at $5,000 was reported stolen in the 1800 block of Sweetwater Road.

A car valued at $10,000 was reported stolen in the 3100 block of Sweetwater Springs Boulevard.

A car valued at $5,000 was reported stolen in the 10300 block of Don Pico Road.

A robbery was reported at Subway in the 9800 block of Campo Road.

Wednesday, Dec. 21

A car valued at $3,500 was reported stolen in the 8700 block of Kelso Street.

A stolen car was recovered on Blossom Lane at Tarleton Street.
