One of two people accused of stealing computer equipment from a La Mesa elementary school is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
Victor Dontigny, 18, was arrested on suspicion of burglary at Vista La Mesa Academy around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, according to La Mesa police.
Officers went to the school at 3900 Violet St. in response to a burglary alarm. Once there, they heard breaking glass and saw Dontigny and a 16-year- old accomplice exiting the school carrying computer equipment, police said in a statement.

Both suspects were taken into custody as they jumped a fence at the south end of the school grounds, police said. The juvenile's name was withheld.
