Cars and Guitars Among Items Reported Stolen
The following information was provided by the San Diego Sheriff's Department. The suspects have not been convicted of a crime.
Incidents of note from the San Diego Sheriff’s Department’s press board:
Tuesday, Oct. 11
A residential burglary was reported in the 3600 block of Bonita Street, occurring between 9:45 p.m. Oct. 10 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 11. Two items were reported missing with a combined value of $555.

Wednesday, Oct. 12
A car valued at $2,500 was reported stolen in the 9100 block of Jamacha Road, occurring between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 11 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 12.

A business in the 900 block of Sweetwater Road reported a case of shoplifting around 1:20 p.m. Anthony Bermudez, 21, and Ronald Valdez, 21, were arrested for felony burglary and conspiracy
Thursday, Oct. 13
A license plate was reported stolen in the 400 block of Kempton Street.
A car valued at $3,000 was recovered in the 1700 block of Canyon Road.
Friday, Oct. 14
A stolen car valued at $500 was recovered in the 8700 block of Jamacha Road.
A stolen car valued at $5,000 was recovered in the 9300 block of Jamacha Road.
A car valued at $2,000 was reported stolen in the 700 block of Parkbrook Street.
A car valued at $2,000 was reported stolen in the 8500 block of Blossom Lane, between 4:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
A car valued at $5,000 was reported stolen in the 8700 block of Jamacha Road around 1:30 p.m.
A stolen pickup was recovered in the 10800 block of Jamacha Boulevard.
Saturday, Oct. 15
A rape was reported in the 9900 block of San Juan Street, 10 p.m. The report was filed on Oct. 18, listed as oral copulation: victim unable to consent.
A license plate was reported stolen in the in the 1000 block of Elkelton Boulevard. It was taken sometime between 4 p.m. Oct. 13 and 10 a.m. Oct. 15.
The theft of miscellaneous items valued at $328 was reported in the 100 block of Worthington Street.
A car was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Presioca Street just after 1:30 p.m.
One person was arrested for misdemeanor exhibit deadly weapon other than firearm in the 8700 block of Helix Vista Drive at 4:47 p.m.
Tijuan McCullough, 32, was arrested for felony inflicting injury upon a child in the 2000 block of Terracina Circle. The victim had minor injuries.
Sunday, Oct. 16
Two guitars collectively valued at $2,300 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 10800 block of Via Timoteo. The theft occurred between midnight and 9 a.m.
Two women reported minor injuries following an assault with a deadly weapon, not firearm, in the 6300 block of Quarry Road just after noon. A necklace valued at $50 was damaged.
A car valued at $3,000 was reported stolen in the 6300 block of Quarry Road between 9:30 a.m. and noon.
Music equipment valued at $325 was reported stolen in the 800 block of La Presa
Monday, Oct. 17
A hot-prowl burglary attempt was reported in the 2000 block of Terracappa Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Damage was estimated at $350.
Adriana Martinez, 22, was arrested for felony vehicle theft, and Johnson Ros, 26, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Lemon Street and Bancroft Drive around 2:45 a.m. A van valued at $5,900 was recovered.
A residential burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Walbollen Street. An electronic device valued at $300 was reported missing.
A car valued at $2,000 was reported stolen in the 9200 block of Amys Street, between 10 p.m. Oct. 16 and 3 a.m. Oct. 17.
A camera valued at $3,000 was reported stolen from a business in the 2700 block of Via Orange Way, between 3 p.m. Oct. 15 and 6 a.m. Oct. 17.
Tuesday, Oct. 18
A commercial burglary was reported in the 10400 block of Austin Drive, sometime between 5 p.m. Oct. 17 and 7:45 a.m. Oct. 18.
Two stolen cars were recovered in the 800 block of Ramona Avenue.
A car valued at $1,000 was reported stolen in the 9800 block of Dale Avenue, between 7 p.m. and 7:50 p.m.
A shooting at a vehicle or dwelling was reported in the 8900 block of Windham Court just after 9 p.m.
