Unremarkable, Comfortable July

Conditions over the past 31 days were exceptionally stable and well within norms for July throughout La Mesa, with temperatures never officially peaking above 90 degrees and elevated humidity across just several days mid-month. The first recording for the 2013–2014 precipitation calendar came in the morning of July 11th, barely measurable at 0.01 inches. Conditions within the last week of the month have been mild with daytime highs beneath expectations. No changes are expected within at least the first few days of August.
