Walking has been proven time & time again to be one of the most effective workouts to get you into great shape & health. Try a Power Walk indoor walking fitness class!
WHAT IS A POWER WALK CLASS & INDOOR WALKING?
A Power Walk class is an indoor walking fitness class that consists of 4 basic steps. If you can walk, you can do this workout! We will work muscles not normally used in a regular walk, keep a consistently brisk pace & add strength training--a full body workout! In a 45-minute class, you will have walked the equivalent of 3 miles.
This workout is low impact, easy to follow & effective. It’s perfect if you’re new to exercise, just getting back into it or have other health issues that prevent you from being able to run. You work at your own pace with no pressure. You’ll also get the support & encouragement you need from other participants while having some fun!

Classes are taught at Sherry's Gotta Dance Studio in the Casa de Oro area on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:30 a.m. The first class is free!
