La Mesa Mayor’s FOIA request on Foe

La Mesa Mayor Art Madrid made a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on Council member Ernie Ewin using city letterhead. Of course, any citizen may request such information. We have made several FOIA requests.
How is this request germane to the operation of the city? Did city staff type up the request? We look forward to these questions being answered.
