Hundreds of proud and devoted grandparents braved the Friday heat to enjoy a special luncheon with students at Glenn E. Murdock Elementary.

Hundreds of proud and devoted grandparents braved the Friday heat to enjoy a special luncheon with students at Glenn E. Murdock Elementary.

Murdock Principal John Ashley said this is Murdock’s 3rd annual Grandparents Day event and every year more grandparents show up.  Mr. Ashley continued, “It is always wonderful to see the excitement on the students’ faces when they are with their grandparents at school.  We greatly appreciate their involvement with the school and their grandchild’s education.”
