Local Firefighter's "9/11 Memorial Run" Sponsorship Party

On September 1, 2011 three local Firefighters, Captain Darrell Roberts, Engineer Matt Minehan and Firefighter Ricky Soto from Chula Vista will leave from San Diego on their American Harley’s to ride across the USA and arrive in New York City before the Ten Year Anniversary of 9/11.  At Ground Zero they will be presenting a charity check on behalf of the Chula Vista Firefighter’s Foundation to the “Terry Farrell Fund”. Terry Farrell was a FDNY firefighter who died on 9/11 and his brother established a fund to assist families of fallen firefighters.
