San Diego Nordic Walking is inviting community and SilverSneakers members
to a weekly Pole Walking event. Coaching and equipment will be offered, as well as demonstrations of this exercise trend that gets individuals moving through full-body engagement to burn calories, correct body posture and build muscle.
Starting Sat., July 27 at 9 a.m.
(This will be a weekly event hosted on Saturdays)
WHERE: Lake Murray in La Mesa, Calf.
(We will meet at the Concession building next to the dock.)
WHO: Jeff DeMeester, founder of San Diego Nordic Walking, has been working with the latest technology and most up-to-date educators of Pole Walking, commonly known as Nordic Walking. DeMeester is a certified Pole Walking Instructor and SilverSneakers FLEX Instructor.
COST: Seniors and SilverSneakers members can come free of charge.
