On Monday, July 14 from 7-10pm, Uptown Tavern and Karl Strauss bring the community this elite event, featuring a four course culinary adventure. Each selection is joined by an uncommon beer from the house of Strauss, such as the Mosaic Session Ale, Far East Asian Pilsner, Rella Sour or the Off the Rails Imperial Red. Uptown Tavern’s inventive dishes are made with local ingredients and include Crispy Duck Egg, Soft Shell Crab, Confit Pork Belly, and even a Mango Chile Funnel Cake with a bone marrow ice cream.
