Happy Trails, Happy Habitats! Day for kids at EDI

A Day of Family Fun at Crestridge Ecological Reserve Sponsored By The Earth Discovery Institute, the San Diego Mountain Biking Association, the International Mountain Biking Association, and CLIF Bar.

Third-sixth graders with their parents are invited to attend this FREE event. Learn how to build sustainable trails, practice habitat-friendly hiking and biking skills, identify tracks and signs of native animals, and restore habitat by planting native plants.

Kids will take away a great experience and goody bags of educational materials, native species seeds for family or school gardens, a bibliography of related book titles for further reading from the San Diego County Library, and other fun items.

A light lunch will be provided. Bikes are welcome, but not required. Space is limited, so register soon!
