FREE Synchronized Swimming Lessons
The San Diego
SeaStars Synchronized Swim Team is offering free, no obligation synchronized
swimming lessons every Saturday in September at the Mt. Miguel High School
pool. No advance
registration is necessary.
These TRY-IT!Sessions are designed for swimmers, aged 4 years old and up, who are comfortable in the water. Participants should wear a bathing suit, swim cap, bring a towel, and get ready to learn the early skills and synchro moves all synchronized swimmers develop. If you love dance, gymnastics, and/or swimming this is the sport for you.
