Power Outage Affects South Spring Valley
About 276 residences in the areas of W. Jamul, Jamacha, Rancho San Diego, Spring Valley and La Presa are without power.
A suspected problem in the overhead electrical system has left almost 300 residences in south Spring Valley without power Wednesday afternoon.
The outage was first reported to SDG&E at around 2:15 p.m. and is affecting portions of Jamacha, west Jamul, Rancho San Diego, La Presa, Spring Valley and Indian Springs.
Crews are currently fixing the problem, and it is estimated that power will be resored at 6 p.m.
