Observed conditions for Tuesday, May 24, 2011, from La Mesa Mesonet station. Forecast data from National Weather Service.

Wednesday forecast: Early morning patchy fog and clouds, then gradually becoming sunny with a daytime high near 74. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph. Increasing cloudiness overnight with a low around 55. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Thursday forecast: Early morning patchy fog and clouds, then gradually becoming sunny with a daytime high near 72. Calm wind becoming west between 5 and 10 mph. Increasing cloudiness overnight with a low around 55. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Extended forecast: Early morning patchy fog and clouds both Friday and Saturday, then gradually becoming sunny with daytime highs in the low 70s. Mostly cloudy overnight with late fog and lows in the mid 50s.
