Elderly Man Missing from Spring Valley Nursing Home
Oscar Leyva Gonzales, 85, walked away from Presidio Health Care on Lamar Street at some point on Saturday, May 14.
Spring Valley residents have been asked to be on the lookout for an elderly man, who wandered away from a nursing home last weekend.
Eighty-five-year-old Oscar Leyva Gonzales, a diabetic, walked away from Presidio Health Care on Lamar Street at some point on Saturday, May 14, according to sheriff's officials. He did not take his diabetes medication with him.
Gonzales is described as described as 5 foot 6 inches, roughly 140 pounds with gray hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black button-up shirt, black pants, and tennis shoes.
