Clearing, Warming Trend Into Weekend Expected

Observed conditions for Thursday, July 14, 2011, from La Mesa Mesonet station. Forecast data from National Weather Service.

Friday forecast: Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing with a daytime high near 73. Calm wind becoming west between 5 and 10 mph. Increasing cloudiness overnight with a low around 59. West wind between 5 and 10 mph becoming calm.

Saturday forecast: Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing with a daytime high near 75. Calm wind becoming west between 5 and 10 mph. Partly cloudy overnight with late patchy fog and a low around 60.

Extended forecast: Early morning clouds and patchy fog both Sunday and Monday becoming sunny with daytime highs near 80 and overnight lows around 63.
