San Diego County Gasoline Price Drops For Sixth Consecutive Day

Have you seen gas prices falling in your neighborhood?

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County decreased today for the sixth consecutive day, dropping two-tenths of a cent to $4.267.

The average price is 2.5 cents less than a week ago, but 19.9 cents more than a month ago and 37.5 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The dropping prices follow a five-day streak of increases that pushed the average price to its highest amount since Feb. 27, 2013.
