Six restaurants will offer San Diego Restaurant Week lunch and dinner specials Friday in La Mesa and Spring Valley.
Anthony's Fish Grotto, BO-beau kitchen+garden, Cali Comfort BBQ, Antica Trattoria, Terra Bistro & Catering and Vine Cottage Bistro are all participating in the 10th Annual San Diego Restaurant Week which ends Friday.
