La Mesa Patch on Your iPhone? Yes, There’s an App for That

The long wait is over, and you didn’t even have to camp outside overnight.

The free Patch app has arrived and is ready for download on the iTunes App Store. Now you can easily stay connected with La Mesa Patch even when you’re away from your computer.

Patch’s mobile team has worked around the clock to get this great product, and it’s a major step toward our goal to provide you with great content on various digital platforms.

• What is The Front 5? The Front 5 is the first page to greet you on the iPhone app and contains the most relevant local news, events and editor tweets.
• What is the Favorites feature? We have baked in a feature that lets users cache any Patch content for offline viewing (in airports, subways, etc.). It’s a pretty neat interface!
• When will the app come out on Android? Soon!

With the Patch app, you’ll also be able to access the list of events, a directory of La Mesa’s business listings, including restaurants, automotive care, dry cleaners and anything that you might need, right at your fingertips.
